Payment & Fulfillment

Once payment has been received your order will be posted within 3 - 5 business days.

Packaging & Postage Costs

The total P & P costs for your order will depend on the quantity, size and weight of the items you purchase - the specifications are mentioned on each item's page.
  • Prints of all sizes (A5, A4 & A3) will be sent in a plastic sleeve inside a rigid cardboard mailer/envelope.
  • Playing cards will be wrapped in bubblewrap and sent in a small cardboard box.
  • Tote bags will be wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a small cardboard box.

Please note - we appreciate that the Australian postal system is expensive, we will do our best at all times to get the best price for the delivery of your item(s). 

Unless organised in advance all items will be posted by economy air mail via Australia Post:

Domestic Buyers:
* 2 - 6 business days is estimated for delivery of small paper goods (greeting cards, bookmarks & A5 prints).
* 5 - 6 business days is estimated for delivery of packages and boxes (playing cards, tote bags, A4 & A3 prints).

International Buyers:
* 8 - 10 business days is estimated for delivery of small paper goods ( greeting cards, bookmarks & A5 prints).
* 8 - 10 business days is estimated for delivery of packages and boxes ( playing cards, tote bags, A4 & A3 prints).
* Please note that some countries have charges/import taxes - please check with your country's customs office in case any apply to you; these duties are not associated with our shipping costs.

Erlenmeyer does not take responsibility for items lost in the mail. If your order doesn't arrive please contact us and we will work something out together.
