TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Refunds and Returns

All sales are considered final and cannot be altered / cancelled once the payment has been made. We only accept returns of damaged products. Claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt of products

Prices

All prices are set in Australian Dollars and may change without prior notice. All products will be shipped at price in effect on the date the order is placed

Payment

New retailers are required to pay before shipment. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Selling on Third Party Sites

The retailer must sell direct to consumer and is not allowed to sell on:

- third party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.)

- drop-shipping sites
